Terms and Conditions
Bookings are made on a first come first served basis. Your booking will be secured on receipt of full payment for the course amount and confirmed by email. By booking on any of our courses, you are bound by our terms and conditions as set out below.
Cancellations & Transfers on Classes & Courses (this does not apply to the Kushi Leadership Programme)
If you cancel your place on a class or course up to six weeks before it is due to start we will refund your class/course fees less a £25 administration charge. If you cancel up to 4 weeks before the course is due to start, we will refund your course fee less 25% or £25 whichever is greater, only if we are able to fill the place. If you cancel within 4 weeks we will refund half the course, only if we are able to fill the place. If you wish to transfer your course onto another date, the same conditions as for cancellation apply.
Cancellation & Transfers on the Kushi Leadership Programme
If you cancel your place on any Kushi Leadership Programme, including the Module A, B & C teaching, up to six weeks before the course is due to start, we will refund your course fees less 25%. If you cancel within 6 weeks no refund is possible. If you wish to transfer your course onto another date, the same conditions as for cancellation apply.
If We Have to Cancel
In the event that we have to cancel the course, all course fees paid will be refunded in full. Alternatively, you may transfer all monies onto another course. We are unable to refund any travel, accommodation or any other costs that you may have incurred in advance.
We reserve the right to alter the schedule of courses at any time.
We recommend that you take out cancellation and travel insurance to cover your costs in the case of any unforseen circumstance that prevents you from attending a course.
Allergies and Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any food allergies or relevant medical conditions at the time of booking. We are more than happy to confirm ingredients with you at the time of booking.
Health & Safety
Working in a kitchen can be busy when everyone is cooking, so please be sensible - we use sharp knives, have hot pans and there is lots going on. Please wear practical shoes and clothing that you are happy to cook in. We recommend that you bring an apron and please make sure you wash your hands!
Personal belongings are brought onto our premises at the students own risk and we do not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.
Once booked you will be bound by these terms and conditions.
